Made by roasting Sencha leaves over high heat. Perfect for baking or making a hojicha latte.

Latte Preparation

 Tea Powder 8 - 10g
Water (80°C or room temperature for iced) 70ml
Milk 150ml

Whisk hojicha powder and water for 15 seconds or until no more clumps. Add milk and sweeten with sugar syrup to your preferred taste.

Shelf life: 12 months

Storage conditions: Keep under room temperature and away from sunlight. Store in an airtight container.
