Hvala Loyalty Membership Programme

Cashback value can be used from 6 hours after the time of payment.
Cashback is applied on sales value before prevailing taxes.
Cashback will be rewarded with minimum purchase of $15 using applicable payment methods.
Cashback balance will expire after 90 days.
Cashback is only redeemable through self-ordering.
During member's birthday month, member will be entitled to a 5% discount off all sliced cakes.
Birthday month discount on sliced cake is limited to 1 redemption per member only.
Merchant shall be entitled at any time and without prior notice to the Member to debit the Cashback from the Member's account when we are notified of or we reasonably determine that the sum has been credited due to a mistake, error or omission.
Merchant's decision on all matters and disputes concerning the Cashback shall be final and binding on the Member.
Merchant may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, modify, suspend or terminate the Programme, and/or
modify these terms and conditions in such manner as the Merchant deems fit.
Loyalty Programme is not available at the Raffles Specialist Centre and Malaysia (Plaza Arkadia) outlets.

Voucher code validity is either from 14 Jul to 13 Aug or 1 to 31 August 2025
Drink redemption is only available at the Odeon 333 outlet
Redemption cannot be used in conjunction with any other memberships or discounts at Hvala.
Drink redemption is only for: Tsuki Matcha Latte, Hojicha Latte, Genmaicha Latte, CMC Blueberry Matcha Latte (iced only)
Voucher code entitles the person to redeem 1 iced/hot drink from the above
Modifications such as changing to alternative milks, or to bottled format, will incur additional charges
Available for both Dine in and Takeaway
The drink is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
Hvala reserves the right to reject any redemption if there's reasonable suspicion of code misuse
