My division recently attended Hvala’s matcha appreciation workshop. It was time well spent - we learnt different grades of matcha and proper preparation techniques. The trainers were knowledgeable and patient, and showed us the steps to whisk matcha properly and appreciate its unique qualities. We really liked that everyone got to have hands on experience at making their own matcha. Even colleagues who weren’t big on matcha found the workshop interesting. Definitely worth trying it out!

Our clients thoroughly enjoyed the Matcha Appreciation Workshop, where they discovered how different tea leaves are carefully harvested, processed, and differentiated by ceremonial grades. The hands-on workshop made the session more engaging, with Claire and Kelsey offering guidance and encouragement as everyone tried whisking their own matcha.
