Yuki matcha is a premium grade matcha powder, perfect as an everyday tea. Best in usucha or latte form.
Tasting notes: Pleasant umami flavour and a mellow taste profile, coupled with medium astringency

Latte Preparation

Whisk yuki matcha powder and water for 15 seconds or until no more clumps. Add milk and sweeten with sugar syrup to your preferred taste.
